About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Assistant Kids Club Manager to join our dedicated Childcare team. This role is ideal for someone with meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will excel in communication with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
Your perfect fit is an individual driven by a genuine passion for the safety and well-being of children, spanning ages from two months to twelve years. You will lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that fosters positive relationships with our members.
