Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Rawhide Food Truck Supervisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for food, and enjoys interacting with customers. As the Food Truck Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and manage staff. You will also assist in coordinating events and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

Working Environment

The work environment is unique, requiring you to operate within a confined space that demands efficient movement and multitasking. As a mobile food service, you will work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold, particularly during outdoor events. The role involves a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure atmosphere, especially during peak service times. While the work is primarily performed in an office environment for administrative tasks, you will regularly work both inside and outside in most weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Event Coordination

A key part of this position involves traveling to different locations for events, which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. You will adapt to different event settings, ranging from intimate gatherings to large festivals, requiring flexibility and a positive attitude. You will collaborate with event staff and other vendors to ensure a cohesive and successful event experience, assisting in planning and executing special events such as private parties, festivals, and corporate events.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. You will occasionally be required to bend, climb, stoop, lift, carry, push, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The role requires the ability to regularly lift and/or move 15 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
