About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Service Department Director to lead our commercial HVAC service division. As a key member of KMI's leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, driving division growth, and ensuring profitability. This position is designed for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing the demands of field service with strategic business oversight.
In this role, you will provide strong leadership and management for the Service Department, ensuring accountability through defined processes and continuous training. You will own the development of long-term customer relationships while engaging in business development efforts to expand our footprint. Beyond managing operations, you will be deeply invested in your team's success, coaching technicians to grow their skills rather than simply dispatching them. Your day will involve reviewing cost budgets, analyzing technician performance, and fostering a culture of cohesion and morale.
