About the Role
Kalamazoo Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a senior-level commercial HVAC/R technical leader to elevate our service team's performance, training, and culture. This is a working leadership role—not a desk job. You will serve as the go-to technical authority, mentor, and coach for our service technicians while staying connected to real-world field conditions.\n As the link between leadership and the field, you will directly shape technician skill development, service quality, customer experience, and long-term team strength. Your day will involve diagnosing complex HVAC/R issues, consulting on repair versus replace decisions, and providing real-time troubleshooting support. You will foster a strong customer service culture, model professionalism and safety excellence, and actively set the tone for a lean, high-performance service team positioned for growth.

Requirements
- verified10+ years experience as a commercial service technician in HVAC/R
- verifiedClean driving record
Nice to Have
Strong working knowledge of chillers and cooling towers. Experience with hot side food service equipment. HVAC installation and construction experience.
