The Service Coordination Manager (SCM) is the vital link between our branch office, our patients and families, and our caregivers. This role exists to ensure that the right nurse skillset matches the clinical needs of the patient while building strategic relationships with Payroll, Finance, Human Resources, leadership, and our clients.\n In this position, you will facilitate seamless communication and conduct home visits to understand the unique environment and personalities of our patients. This personal insight allows you to match families with caregivers as closely as possible. You will manage the full lifecycle of staffing, from interviewing candidates and supporting the onboarding process to maintaining accurate records of time worked and securing insurance authorizations. Your work ensures that our field staff are supported and that our patients receive consistent, high-quality care.
