About the Role
Vertiv Group is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead our IT service operations supporting critical infrastructure for data centers, networks, and industrial facilities. In this leadership role, you will own day-to-day service center performance, ensuring high availability, SLA adherence, and outstanding customer experience. You will guide and develop a diverse team, optimize processes using data-driven insights, and partner with cross-functional leaders to align services with Vertiv's innovative power, thermal, and infrastructure solutions.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building an inclusive, high-performing culture. You will engage directly with key customers to resolve escalations, strengthen relationships, and champion innovation in service delivery, tools, and automation initiatives.

Requirements
