About the Role
As a Service Associate, you will be the face of the club, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Your mission is to be a great host, the members' best source of information, and a creator of a fun atmosphere for members, guests, and staff. Beyond simply greeting people, you serve as a representative of our gym's commitment to exceptional service.
You will handle member inquiries and requests, offering knowledgeable assistance to ensure every individual feels valued and supported in their fitness journey. While the role encompasses a broad spectrum of duties, you will remain flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of the gym, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
