Big Star Dodge, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is looking for a Service Advisor who aligns with our core values: respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service department. You will greet customers promptly and professionally, listening to their inquiries to identify service needs and resolving concerns with a friendly, cooperative demeanor. Your role involves providing timely updates, estimates, and inspection results, as well as answering telephone calls courteously. You will review completed work and recommendations, collect payments, and ensure every customer receives excellent service.
This position is ideal for someone who is unselfish, approachable, and motivated by exciting, fast-paced work. You will need to be a patient, conscientious, and relaxed team worker who is both accommodating and analytical, producing highly precise and accurate work. Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and essential software programs is required to look up service history, schedule appointments, and manage repair order information.
