Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.
In this role, you will determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers, suggesting add-on sales to increase average transactions, and providing price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
