About the Team
Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor to join our growing team. As a vital member of the sales team, you will work collaboratively with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction. Your role is central to connecting customers with the specialized products and services they need for their RVs and camping gear.
About the Role
In this position, you will work directly with customers to determine their specialized product needs and provide accurate price estimates for designated installations before scheduling appointments. You will be the bridge between customer expectations and service execution, reviewing each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement. Your day-to-day involves maintaining prepayment logs, keeping customers apprised of work progress, and coordinating installation appointments with designated service staff. You will also monitor daily parts traffic, receive parts for installations, and inspect vehicles to ensure the correct parts are ordered. This role requires excellent organization, follow-up skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and clean work area for both customers and coworkers.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation) is $45,000 - $60,000 or more, depending on skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs. Requirements
