About the Role

As a Server / Waitstaff member, you will be the key link between our kitchen and our residents. Working closely with the Culinary Director, your role is to ensure tasty dishes are delivered smoothly from the kitchen to the table. You will be responsible for presenting dishes that look perfect, engaging residents with a friendly demeanor, and sharing the daily menu to enhance their dining experience. Beyond service, you will help maintain a clean and safe dining room, communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen, and take pride in resetting the dining area after each meal to create a welcoming atmosphere.
