We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will help individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live full, empowered, and independent lives at home and in the community. You will be a vital part of their daily journey, providing respectful, person-centered support that fosters personal growth and achievement.
This position is ideal for those who want to make a real impact with flexible hours. You will engage individuals in social and recreational activities, assist with daily living tasks, and ensure their safety and well-being. Whether you are awake or sleeping during select shifts, your presence helps create a stable and supportive environment.
