Come and join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. This role is designed to create an exceptional dining experience by bringing the story of Aulani to life in every interaction. As a server, you will not only take and deliver orders but also anticipate guest needs while sharing the rich Hawaiian culture and language with our visitors. You will serve as a cultural ambassador, conversing with guests and fellow Cast Members in 'Ōlelo Hawai'i to further activate the themed restaurant environment.
About the Role
In this position, you will be the face of our dining experience, responsible for greeting guests and ensuring their time with us is memorable. You will engage with guests to teach them about Hawaiian culture and language, using the 'Ōlelo Room shadow boxes as a starting point for conversation. Your role involves articulating menu options and ingredients, sharing knowledge of wines and spirits, and assisting guests with directions, entertainment, and show schedules. Whether serving food and beverages at the proper temperature or combining serving duties with light food preparation, you will embody the spirit of Aulani while delivering high-quality service.

Requirements

Nice to Have
