Located in the heart of the nation's capital, AKEDO offers a chef-driven, Japanese-inspired street food experience featuring sandos, sushi, bento boxes, poke, Japanese pizza, robata skewers, and soft-serve ice cream, alongside a curated selection of Japanese beer, sake, and shochu.
This 60-seat boutique fast-casual concept, designed by renowned interior designer Noriyoshi Muramatsu of Studio Glitt (Tokyo), features an open kitchen with a robata grill, pizza oven, and outdoor terrace. The restaurant operates seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with late-night service until 4:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
