This position serves as a supervisory leader within the Public Safety Administration, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of Public Safety Officers. The role exists to ensure the safety and security of residences and grounds through effective personnel management, rigorous incident investigation, and seamless communication between administration and field officers.
In this capacity, you will manage the daily workflow of the team, including assigning officers to designated posts and monitoring schedules to optimize resource utilization. A significant portion of the day involves conducting security inspections of the property on foot or by patrol vehicle, reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness, and investigating complaints or incidents to gather necessary statements and evidence.
