As an SEO/AEO Manager, you will shape how Acuity appears in both traditional search and AI-driven platforms, driving visibility, qualified traffic, and authority for Acuity and all its brands. This role is designed to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring our content is discoverable, relevant, and optimized for modern search behaviors.
You will partner closely with marketing, content, product, sales, and digital teams to define and drive a comprehensive search strategy. Your work will directly influence measurable business outcomes, including traffic, leads, and pipeline. The day-to-day involves optimizing content for search engines and AI answer engines, adapting to evolving algorithms, and ensuring our site architecture supports both human and machine discovery. This position may be based anywhere in the United States with minimal travel required.
