The Sensory Research Manager serves as the strategic bridge between client objectives and high-quality sensory data. Reporting directly to the Sensory & Consumer Research Client Service Director, this role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels at balancing the nuanced needs of external clients with the performance and development of internal teams.
As a Key Account Manager for select clients, you will act as the primary point of contact, fostering long-term relationships through clear communication before, during, and after project delivery. Beyond managing complex research studies, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client goals.
Your day-to-day involves orchestrating seamless internal workflows, ensuring that Panel Leaders and Technicians are motivated to deliver accurate, reliable data. You will mentor these teams to uphold rigorous quality standards while collaborating with the Data Solutions Hub and field teams to guarantee data integrity and operational excellence. Ultimately, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, delivering reports with compelling storytelling that drive client success.
