About the Role
The Senior Web/Graphic Designer serves as a hybrid creative and technical leader at PNY, bridging the gap between visual storytelling and digital execution. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's digital and visual branding strategies, ensuring a cohesive brand message across web, e-commerce, email, social media, print, and trade show environments.
You will partner closely with the Creative Manager, Web Development, and Graphic Design teams to drive innovative approaches in both digital and print media. The position balances high-level strategic direction with hands-on design and development duties, requiring you to manage projects across disciplines while mentoring team members. Your work will directly impact user experience (UX), usability, and accessibility, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects PNY's commitment to quality and innovation.
Working Environment
This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work either on-site or remotely. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional communication and the ability to solve creative problems collaboratively. You will manage relationships with internal departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Marcom, and IT—as well as external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless support for in-house design and development initiatives.

Requirements
