About the Role
We are seeking a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership, designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create engaging, on-brand graphics for various media. You will own the process of delivering high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, covering web graphics, social media assets, marketing materials, and print media. The ideal candidate possesses a strong grasp of design principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software. This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the general Seattle or Chicago area.

Hiring Process & Application
Qualified candidates can expect an hourly rate of $26.00 to $32.25. Zones offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid time off in compliance with state requirements.

Requirements
