About the Role

You will join a team that boldly goes, designing user experiences for new and existing digital applications within an agile environment. This role exists to advocate for design thinking and user-centered design across the organization, ensuring that business needs, user goals, and technical constraints are balanced effectively. You will work independently with strong ownership, producing high-quality UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with product owners, developers, and the UX Research team.

Work Model

This position operates on a hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday, work is onsite with your colleagues, while Fridays offer flexibility to choose your work location based on your specific work requirements.
