About the Role

As a Sr. Product Designer, you will lead the product development of our consumer-facing digital platforms. This role exists to ensure our digital solutions are not only strategically driven but also deeply rooted in user needs. You will serve as the voice of the user, managing feedback loops and designing interfaces that balance business objectives with customer expectations.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and data science, to solve complex problems. Your day-to-day involves conducting user research to test features, leveraging data insights to inform iterations, and creating high-fidelity deliverables such as storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior designers and contributing to the evolution of our design systems, ensuring consistency and quality across the entire product experience.
