Snowflake's Account 360 team is expanding! We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities. On the technical side, you will become the post-sales technical lead for your assigned customer's workloads running on Snowflake. You will also engage support and other cross-functional team members to expedite the resolution of customer issues, be proactive in educating customers post-production, and provide them with technical guidance. On the commercial side, you will work closely with the account team to drive growth for your assigned customer's use cases by engaging with stakeholders and developing actionable plans. This will require you to leverage your technical skills and expertise to engage and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
