About the Opportunity

Our client, a respected regional public accounting firm, is seeking a Senior Manager of Tax to join their growing team in Sacramento, CA. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a professional with the potential for long-term career growth, including a pathway to partnership.

The Role

In this hybrid position, you will lead and manage tax engagements for a diverse portfolio including privately held companies, high-net-worth individuals, and estate/trust clients. You will be responsible for delivering proactive, tailored tax planning strategies and reviewing complex returns for accuracy and compliance. Beyond technical execution, you will provide mentorship to junior staff, stay current on evolving tax legislation, and collaborate with firm leadership to identify new value-add opportunities.

Work Environment

This role is based in Sacramento with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence three days per week.
