Under the supervision of the Estate & Probate Administration Manager, the Fiduciary Tax Accountant serves as a strategic partner within the Wealth Management Group. This role is dedicated to delivering high-level client service to family office clients, ensuring the seamless management of complex fiduciary tax obligations.
The position acts as a critical bridge between technical tax compliance and broader wealth transfer strategies. You will work closely with attorneys, advisors, and clients to analyze trust documents and estate plans, determining tax implications and developing tax-efficient strategies for wealth transfer. Beyond preparation, the role involves monitoring changes in tax laws to advise stakeholders and providing support during IRS and state tax audits.
