About the Role
As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the public face of TurboTax within your local community. This unique opportunity allows you to grow TurboTax's client base while acting as a trusted advisor. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that benefits both you and the community.
Your day-to-day involves serving customers both in-person and virtually. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. A critical part of your success is connecting with customers on a personal level to alleviate the stress often associated with tax season. By understanding each customer's unique situation, you will help them uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for their financial future, turning one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.

- verifiedMust reside within the United States
- verifiedAbility to obtain required State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Nice to Have
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
