You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the community you serve. About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the public face of TurboTax in your community. Your day-to-day involves acting as a proactive community ambassador, engaging with new prospects, and converting them into loyal, multi-year clients. You will lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable for everyone.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, handling everything from simple to complex tax situations, including personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments. By utilizing government resources and professional tools, you will deliver accurate solutions in personalized language. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes, turning a one-time transaction into a lasting relationship.

This role requires a blend of in-person and virtual interactions using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. You will work in a collaborative team setting, adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
