About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will be the public face of TurboTax in your local community. This unique seasonal opportunity blends professional tax advisory with community ambassadorship. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving as a trusted advisor who helps customers navigate their tax needs with confidence.

In this role, you will do more than just file returns; you will act as a proactive community leader. You will engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into loyal, multi-year clients. By leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software, you will build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and your community. Whether interacting in-person or through state-of-the-art video tools, your goal is to alleviate the stress of tax season by connecting with people on a personal level and addressing their unique financial situations.
