About the Role
As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the public face of TurboTax within your local community. This unique seasonal opportunity blends professional tax advisory with community ambassadorship. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, leveraging our marketing support and software to grow our client base and empower individuals to navigate their tax needs.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting with customers on a personal level to alleviate the stress often associated with filing taxes. Whether serving customers in-person or virtually through state-of-the-art video tools, your goal is to transform one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships. You will handle everything from simple to complex tax situations, providing full-service preparation, tax advice, and future planning to help clients achieve their financial goals, such as saving for retirement or education.
Beyond the desk, you will be a proactive community ambassador. You will represent TurboTax locally, engage with new prospects, and lead events to make tax topics accessible. This role is designed for those with a business ownership mindset who are excited to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both themselves and their community.
