About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the trusted advisor and public face of TurboTax within your local community. This unique seasonal opportunity is designed for those who want to blend professional tax knowledge with community engagement. You will not only prepare tax returns but also act as a proactive community ambassador, growing TurboTax's client base by establishing long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty.

In this role, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, leveraging our marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your neighbors. You will serve customers both in-person and virtually, using state-of-the-art video tools to provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and calculations. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax season.

You will lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable. Whether handling simple personal returns or complex business situations, you will facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and provide future tax planning advice.
