As a Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor and a proactive community ambassador. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States, playing a key role in growing our client base within the local community. By leveraging TurboTax marketing support and software, you will build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the community you serve.

About the Role

This unique opportunity blends professional tax preparation with community engagement. You will serve customers both in-person and virtually, using Intuit TurboTax products to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes.

In this role, you will go beyond simple filing to facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews. You will uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and provide future tax planning advice, helping clients achieve long-term financial goals such as saving for retirement, college funds, or vacations. Your goal is to turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships through professionalism and genuine interest.

This is a seasonal, nonexempt position requiring onsite presence at a TurboTax location. Candidates must be available for a flexible 25–34 hour weekly schedule, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to increase hours during peak seasons.
