About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as a trusted advisor and a proactive community ambassador. This unique opportunity blends professional tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit, allowing you to grow TurboTax's client base while fostering long-term relationships within your local area.

You will act as the public face of TurboTax, engaging with prospects to convert them into loyal, multi-year clients. Your day will involve a mix of in-person and virtual interactions, where you will leverage our state-of-the-art video tools and software to provide full-service tax preparation and strategic advice. Whether handling simple returns or complex business income situations, your goal is to alleviate the stress of tax season by connecting with customers on a personal level and helping them navigate their unique financial landscapes.
