About the Team and Mission

As a Tax Expert, you will combine tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as a trusted advisor, bringing in new customers and fostering long-term relationships within your local community.
About the Role
In this seasonal, on-site position, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and the community. The role involves serving customers both in-person and virtually, using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.
Your ability to connect with people on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress many feel when tackling their taxes. You will act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax as a public face in the community. This includes engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into loyal, multi-year clients. You will also lead local events and participate in marketing efforts to make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable.
