About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the trusted advisor and public face of TurboTax within your local community. This unique seasonal opportunity is designed for individuals who want to bring their tax expertise to the forefront of community prosperity. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, leveraging our marketing support and software to grow our client base and establish lasting connections.

In this role, you will act as a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects to convert them into loyal, multi-year clients. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice for both simple and complex situations, from personal income to business deductions. Your ability to connect with customers on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress often associated with tax season. Whether interacting in-person or through our state-of-the-art video tools, you will empower customers to navigate their financial goals, whether that means saving for retirement, funding a college education, or planning for a wedding.

This position requires a business ownership mindset. You will be encouraged to build a local and online social presence, creating accessible tax-related content and resources to make the topic of taxes approachable for everyone. You will thrive in a collaborative environment that values feedback, continuous improvement, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
