Kforce is representing a client in Smithfield, RI, seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to drive ground-up analysis of existing capabilities. This role is designed to deconstruct complex systems, document current states, and develop high-level and detailed designs that factor common patterns across capabilities.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly matrixed environment, collaborating closely with Scrum masters and squad leads to align on objectives and priorities. This position requires a professional who can navigate a sophisticated, fast-paced ecosystem, effectively connecting with both the technical team and management to assess impacts across processes and platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range listed represents the lowest to highest compensation Kforce reasonably believes it would pay for this role in good faith. Actual pay is determined by factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contracts, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law, though those on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
