About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (SE & PE) in Chicago, IL, to serve as the Lead Structural Engineer or Project Manager on transportation projects. In this role, you will perform advanced structural analysis on complex bridge projects featuring flared and curved framing, while providing technical oversight and quality checking of deliverables.

You will play a key part in coordinating with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects, preparing structural scopes of work, and supporting business development efforts. A significant aspect of this position involves mentoring and guiding design team members, junior engineers, and technicians, ensuring the next generation of talent thrives.
