About the Opportunity
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Structural Analyst to join our team in Greenville, TX, for a contract role supporting critical aircraft structural initiatives. This position is integral to ensuring the safety and certification of transport category and general aviation aircraft through rigorous stress analysis and design support.
The Role
In this capacity, you will serve as a technical expert responsible for the stress and loads analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures, equipment racks, and interior items. Your work will involve applying both classical analysis methods and finite element techniques to validate structural integrity. You will provide essential design support and detailed stress analysis to liaison engineers, particularly during modifications of primary aircraft structures and interior components. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing comprehensive stress analysis reports required for aircraft certification.
