About the Role
Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Competitive Math to join our Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role is designed to design and lead advanced math enrichment and competition preparation for elementary and middle school scholars across our network.
You will serve as a central architect for our competitive math program, developing rigorous curricula and challenging problem sets aligned with national and international standards. Beyond curriculum design, you will act as a coach and mentor to teachers, modeling high-impact instruction and leading professional development sessions focused on advanced mathematical thinking. Your work will directly influence student outcomes by analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for acceleration.
In this position, you will coordinate logistics for student participation in local and national math competitions, from preparation to post-event analysis. You will collaborate closely with school leaders and central office teams to ensure the program aligns with broader instructional goals while continuously researching emerging practices in gifted education to keep the program at the cutting edge.
