About the Role
Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Senior Specialist, Competitive Math to join our Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role is designed to design and lead advanced math enrichment and competition preparation for elementary and middle school scholars across our network. You will serve as a catalyst for academic excellence, developing rigorous curricula, coaching teachers, and analyzing data to drive measurable results.
In this position, you will coordinate math teams for local and national competitions, collaborating across schools to model high-impact instruction. You will operate within an innovative, results-driven culture that is committed to continuous improvement, ensuring that our competitive math program remains at the cutting edge of gifted education strategies.
