About the Role
Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Senior Specialist, Competitive Math to join our Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role is designed to cultivate advanced mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills among elementary and middle school scholars. You will serve as the architect of our competition-oriented curriculum, ensuring that students are not only prepared for local and national contests but are also equipped with rigorous academic foundations.
In this position, you will operate at the intersection of curriculum design, teacher coaching, and data analysis. Your day will involve developing challenging problem sets aligned with international standards, analyzing student performance trends to drive acceleration, and modeling high-impact instruction. You will be a central figure in our professional development ecosystem, leading workshops and providing ongoing support to teachers delivering competitive math instruction. Requirements
