About the Role
Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Senior Specialist, Competitive Math to lead advanced math enrichment and competition preparation for elementary and middle school scholars. This role exists to cultivate a culture of high-impact instruction and continuous improvement within our Education, Training & E-Learning department.
In this position, you will serve as a strategic partner to school leaders and teachers, modeling rigorous mathematical thinking and driving results through data analysis. Your day-to-day involves designing competition-oriented curricula, coaching educators on differentiation and problem-solving strategies, and coordinating logistics for local and national math competitions. You will work within an innovative, results-driven environment where the goal is to keep the program at the cutting edge of gifted education and competitive mathematics.

Requirements
- verifiedState teaching certification in Mathematics or Elementary Education (or eligibility/preferred)
