About the Role
Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Senior Specialist, Competitive Math to lead advanced math enrichment and competition preparation for elementary and middle school scholars. This role exists to cultivate a culture of high-impact instruction and continuous improvement within our Education, Training & E-Learning department. You will serve as the architect of a rigorous, competition-oriented curriculum, ensuring our students are prepared to excel in local and national mathematical challenges.
In this position, you will not only design challenging problem sets and curricula but also act as a coach and mentor to the teachers delivering this instruction. Your day will involve analyzing student performance data to identify trends and gaps, modeling lessons that demonstrate advanced mathematical thinking, and coordinating the logistics of student participation in competitions. You will collaborate across schools to implement best practices, ensuring the competitive math program aligns seamlessly with broader instructional goals and academic standards.
