Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Senior Specialist, Competitive Math to lead advanced math enrichment and competition preparation for elementary and middle school scholars. This role exists to cultivate a culture of high-impact instruction and continuous improvement within our Education, Training & E-Learning department.
In this position, you will serve as the architect of our competitive math program, designing rigorous curricula and coaching teachers to deliver exceptional instruction. Your day will involve analyzing student performance data to identify acceleration opportunities, coordinating logistics for local and national competitions, and modeling best practices across the network. You will collaborate closely with school leaders and central office teams to ensure the program aligns with broader academic goals while keeping the curriculum at the cutting edge of gifted education and competitive mathematics.
