About the Role
Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Competitive Math to join our Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role is designed to design and lead advanced math enrichment and competition preparation for elementary and middle school scholars across our network. You will serve as a catalyst for academic excellence, developing rigorous curricula, coaching teachers, and analyzing data to drive measurable results.
In this position, you will coordinate math teams for local and national competitions, collaborate across schools to model high-impact instruction, and support professional development. You will work within an innovative, results-driven, and continuously improving culture to ensure our competitive math program remains at the cutting edge of gifted education and problem-solving strategies.

Requirements
- verifiedState teaching certification in Mathematics or Elementary Education (or eligibility/preferred)
