Senior Solution Architect

About the Role

The Senior Solution Architect serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert for end-to-end solutions, bridging the gap between complex client business needs and Acxiom's technical vision. In this role, you will oversee solution design and implementation from concept through to production transition, ensuring that every component aligns with both the client's strategy and Acxiom's overall architecture.

You will function independently on complex projects, providing direction to other Solution Architects and leading technical communications with high-level client stakeholders. Whether supporting new business opportunities through pre-sales scoping or managing ongoing solution enhancements for existing clients, your focus is on delivering value while balancing corporate objectives, feasibility, and scalability. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating detailed technical concepts into high-level business benefits.

Day in the Life

Your work involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on technical leadership. You will engage in consultative project communications, anticipating obstacles and recommending solution options that drive client satisfaction. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to gathering stakeholder requirements, transforming them into logical process flows, and maintaining a robust solution roadmap for future enhancements.

You will ensure the integrity of large, complex solutions by evaluating cost, portability, and compatibility, while driving adherence to Acxiom's solution standards and methodologies. Beyond technical execution, you will cultivate internal relationships with product teams to provide feedback that shapes future product enhancements, ensuring Acxiom's offerings remain aligned with the ever-changing needs of our clients.

Hiring Process

This typically includes an initial screening to verify experience in client-facing environments, followed by a technical deep-dive into solution architecture and cloud-native design.
