This position is designed to develop cost-effective information technology solutions by analyzing, designing, programming, monitoring, and installing systems, software, and hardware. You will handle moderately complex tasks within server functions, network communication systems, voice systems, database administration, or systems monitoring.
In this role, you will execute the full life-cycle of software development, writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code for complex solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software applications that support internal business requirements or external customers, while documenting and maintaining software functionality for both break/fix scenarios and continual improvement. A key part of your day will involve mentoring Level I and II associates and facilitating their onboarding, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
This role requires on-site attendance three days a week at our home office in Phoenix, Arizona.
