This position is intended to be a member of the engineering team, developing software for medical information products. Our headquarters is in Lexington, Massachusetts, an inspiring healthcare research hub in a historic town. You will join a team dedicated to designing and implementing product features based on internal and external customer requirements and clinical feedback. This role involves applying standard technologies to software design, implementation, and testing while working closely with team members to coordinate assignments and communicate progress.
A key part of your day will involve investigating and resolving complex runtime software issues received from various sources in a timely manner. You will be expected to understand requirements from both the user's perspective and technical details, managing your own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. The role requires active participation in design and code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and providing input, solutions, and recommendations to the team. You will also be responsible for developing new code and maintaining existing systems.
