About the Role
You will join a team dedicated to enhancing and maintaining an existing enterprise application used to manage complex case evaluation and business processes. This role focuses on supporting statewide operations and case management workflows, including case tracking, reporting, invoicing, and operational procedures.
Your work will directly contribute to modernization efforts, application enhancements, and reporting initiatives. You will collaborate with experienced development, QA, operations, and business teams in an Agile environment to implement improvements that increase efficiency and accounting visibility. Key initiatives include adding new accounting data fields, enhancing search functionality, updating screen layouts, and developing new reporting and invoice capabilities.
Work Environment
This is a primarily remote position based in the continental United States. While the majority of work is performed remotely, occasional travel may be required (up to two trips per quarter) to various organizational offices and operational facilities throughout California. The role offers the opportunity for contract extensions beyond the initial 12-month engagement based on project needs and performance.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing application solutions or providing technical consulting on existing on-premises frameworks. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with writing stored procedures and database performance tuning and optimization.
