About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions for new application improvements and coordinating the integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces. Your day-to-day will involve providing ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints, leading investigations into production issues, and remediating O&M defects while developing solutions for new requirements. This position requires ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to adapt to dynamic needs.
