Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and mentor SEO specialists while fostering a high-performing team culture
- check_circleEnsure all deliverables adhere to global frameworks, SOPs, and quality standards
- check_circleDrive SEO account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting pre-sales
- check_circleChampion AI and GenAI innovation to enhance delivery, scalability, and performance outcomes
- check_circleCollaborate with global counterparts to create and maintain global SOPs for process alignment
- check_circleEnsure alignment between SEO, Content, UX/CRO, and Paid Media teams for integrated strategies
- check_circleParticipate in key client calls, QBRs, and strategic reviews to ensure client success
- check_circleLead all SEO delivery across Technical, On-Page, and AIO/GEO within the assigned region
- check_circleOversee regional SEO resourcing, capacity planning, and project prioritization
- check_circleOversee time tracking to ensure project accuracy, budget adherence, and margin targets
Requirements
- verified8+ years experience in SEO
- verifiedStrong leadership skills managing regional or multi-disciplinary SEO teams
