This position offers a unique opportunity to accomplish project objectives in customized polished concrete and epoxy flooring solutions at our Atlanta, GA location. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the installation of these flooring systems. Your focus will be on overseeing the organization, scheduling, and implementation of each project, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.
You will direct the efforts of supervisors and crews, working successfully both individually and within a team environment. The role requires a strong self-driven motivation to be a top performer, utilizing analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects. While the position is based in Atlanta, you must be willing to travel and work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed to meet project demands.
